Why a Defined Optical Cable Scope?
Complete optical-cable manufacturing can include fiber coloring, secondary coating, SZ stranding, yarn application, armoring and final jacketing. Those processes require specialized equipment and precise fiber-tension control.

The current Cabletec catalog is best aligned with selected downstream and auxiliary stages: motorized pay-off, a jelly-injection centering crosshead, sheathing extrusion, cooling, diameter monitoring, caterpillar haul-off and final take-up. This page therefore does not present a full fiber-to-cable turnkey line.
Production Process
Fiber coloring, loose-tube production and SZ stranding are outside the documented scope and require separate confirmation.
Factory Layout Automation

Illustrative arrangement only. Final machine spacing, reel flow, operator access, utilities and safety clearance are defined from the confirmed factory drawing.
