1. Caterpillar:

Usually used with extrusion line,the caterpillar has all kinds of size for different wire diameter,mainly for big wire diameter like 20mm,30mm,40mm,80mm and 100mm,etc.

2. Portal pay off and take up:

2.1. Gantry ground rail moving type, upper-mounted casing-pipe type structure, gantry frame is made by bending and welding; the two pintles of the bobbin are driven by two motors via a cycloid reducer to lift the screw nut, and each pintle seat can be lifted separately or simultaneously. It is equipped with double protection devices for machinery and electrical appliances. It can be equipped with different specifications of the pintle sleeve to meet the installation of different specifications of the bobbin; the bobbin clamping is realized by motor deceleration, and the clamping overload protection is provided; the pay-off motor is AC. -7.5kw AC variable frequency motor, rotating through the gearbox drive spool spindle. The payoff motor is controlled by the Siemens G120 series controller, and the motor is driven by the motor and cycloid reducer. The tension control of the pay-off is realized by the torque or speed mode.

2.2. The whole machine is managed by Siemens S7-200 PLC, provides connection channel and related signals with the main control cabinet of the demand side.

The take up motor is AC -15kw variable frequency motor, rotating through the gearbox drive spool spindle. The take up motor is controlled by the Siemens G120 series controller, and the motor is driven by the motor + cycloid reducer. The traverse is driven by 2KW Mitsubishi servo motor and Mitsubishi controller, traverse pitch displayed with indicator, pitch and tension adjustable any time. Take up is with jogging button with tension indicator. The tension control of the take up line is realized by the torque or speed mode.

3.End-axle type active pay off and take up:

3.1. End-axle type active pay-off, consists chassis, sliding seat, left and right column, and line reducer. The pay off undercarriage is made of high-quality steel plate and channel steel. The left and right sides can be moved to the vertical column and welded by high-quality steel plate. The two columns are respectively fixed with two brackets of left and right size, and the end of the large bracket is equipped with a pay off speed reducer.

3.2. The pay-off frame can respectively satisfy the clamping, relaxing, ascending and descending actions of the Ф800-Ф1250 bobbin. Ensure that the reel is positioned reliably. The lifting mechanism can be lifted at the same time. It can also be single-acting. The left column can be moved separately to facilitate the clamping of the reel, and the clamping force is adjustable, and the overload is automatically protected. The upper and lower lifting is protected by electrical limit.

3.3. The pay off speed reducer adopts mechanical shifting and is lubricated with oil. When active pay off, the core wire is automatically pay off through the dancer.

3.4. The bottom of the take-up is welded by channel steel, and the left and right sides can be moved by the vertical column, which is formed by bending and welding high-quality steel plates. The two columns respectively fix two brackets of left and right size, and the large bracket ends are equipped with a take-up gearbox. The take-up gearbox is driven by a spiral bevel gear, and the gear box is provided with a gear position for adjusting the speed.

3.5. The take-up rack satisfy to bobbin clamping, loosen, rise and fall etc. active, ensure the bobbin positioning reliable, the lifting mechanism can be control thimble at same time lifting, also can separately lifting, left and right columns are separately moving, easy to bobbin clamping adjustable and overload automatic protection.

4. Single layer taping machine:

It is mainly used for copper or cable surface with a central belt, such as cotton paper, transparent belt, fire proof belt, aluminum foil, mica belt and so on.
