Laying up machine in our customer's factory

This type of laying up machine is specially designed for control cable and power cables or paper-insulated power cables of various specifications with a twisted wire core section of 4-400mm² with different models. The stranded cable can be a circular or fan-shaped cable. It is usually equipped with pay-off racks, stranding cages, die holder, taping equipment, capstan, take-up rack, transmission system and electric control system.

We showed our laying up machine to our foreign customer in our domestic customer's factory several days ago. Below picture can show you this type of cabling machine.

The characteristics of this type of cabling machine are as below:

All bobbin frames can be pre-twisted. The bobbin reversal is driven by the gear return mechanism installed on the twisting cage. The reversal angle of each bobbin frame can be adjusted separately according to the process requirements. The bobbin frame is a lip-shaped cross-section structure. When not twisted, the bobbin has the best bending strength in a vertical position. The clamping and loosening of the ejector pin is operated by an electric wrench. The cage is equipped with a brake device.
