5. Working process:
Brake-type coiling machine is composed of a 1000mm active pay off, a tension device accumulator, and a coiling machine. After being released from active pay off, the cable is coiled around the expansion core axis through a tension device accumulator. When the preset length is reached, the coiling machine automatically stops. The lower tray descends and the packaging paper on the movable table is pushed below the coil. The coil automatically falls into the caliper brake. After the movable table backs out, the lower tray ascends to the working position and begins winding of the next coil.
The entire machine is controlled by a microcomputer which ensures the correct position and shape of cross-coiling. Constant coiling and pay off tensions are kept by the tension arm of the accumulator and the coiling and releasing are synchronized with active pay off.
6. Machine performance:
Brake-type building wire coiling machine is the most advanced packaging method for lightweight cables. This coiling method does not require a wire disc or coiling core. The cable is directly cross-coiled in multiple layers. After coiling, a wire outlet hole is formed in the coil. After the coil is loaded into the caliper brake, a plastic slip tube is inserted into the wire outlet hole, and then the inner end of the cable can be released through the plastic slip tube. No twisting or knotting will be caused.
