Portal type pay off and take up

Portal ground rail moving type, upper-mounted casing-pipetype structure, portal frame is made by bending and welding; the two top ends of the bobbin are driven by two motors via a cycloid reducer to lift the screw nut, and each top seat can be lifted separately or simultaneously. It is equipped with mechanical and electrical double protection devices. The bobbin clamping is realized by motor deceleration and is equipped with clamping overload protection. The take up motor is AC variable frequency motor, which is rotated by the gearbox drive bobbin spindle. The take up motor is controlled by Siemens G120 series controller. The cable is driven by Mitsubishi servo motor and Mitsubishi servo controller. The cable pitch is set by the display. The size and tension of the cable pitch can be set at any time. Speed automatically tracks the line speed, the whole machine is equipped with speed, tension and cable pitch adjustment; the line is positive and reverse jog buttons, and the tension display and cable pitch display are provided, and the tension control of the take-up line is adopted. Torque or speed mode is achieved.

The whole machine is managed by Siemens PLC, which provides connection channel and related signals with the demanding main control cabinet.

Portal type pay off and take up which can be used in extruding line, stranding line, rewinding line and so on.
