Application
Mica tapes are an idea solutions for all kinds of fire resistant wires & cables. Enterprises with advanced facility are suggested to give priority to mica tape with single side glass fabric backed to reduce cable production cost. Mica tapes with double sides backed either film or glass fabric are suitable for equipments on requirements of high tensile strength particularly. To ensure the fire resistance property, 50% overlapped of two layers is minimum.
