The pay-off adopts AC variable frequency motor to drive the pay-off reel through the reducer, and is controlled by the inverter PID. Under the control of the pay-off dancer, it can automatically run forward and backward, and pay off with constant tension. The pay-off dancer adopts a swing arm structure, and the size of the pay-off tension is controlled by changing the position of the slider on the dance swing arm. During the production process, as the dancer swings, the analog proximity switch transmits the signal to the pay-off motor so that the pay-off speed always follows the production speed. With fault alarm and automatic response shutdown function.
