2.5. The cradle is equipped with a "movable balance" device to effectively avoid uneven rewinding wire and eliminate the phenomenon of eccentricity.

At the outlet of the pay off end in each pay off frame, a set of well-shaped wire rollers is added, and a set of wire rollers is also added on the outside of the outlet shaft head, which is directly extended to the guide wheel group outside the cylinder body to effectively avoid scratches on the wire core.
2.7. Each large bearing has a high-temperature overload shutdown protection function for easy maintenance.
2.8. The cylinder is made of thick-walled steel pipe, and the internal stress is eliminated before processing and the dynamic balance is corrected after processing.
2.9. The main engine adopts disc-type, multi-group, pneumatic, caliper-type brake devices, which are sensitive and reliable.
2.10. The main engine adopts internal wiring, lengthened and thickened cylinder, super-large wire holes, and multiple well-type guide rollers, which makes the wiring smoother, without bending, scratching, or jumping.
2.11. The front and rear support seats of the main engine and the large middle bearing seat are all made of gray iron castings made of lost-foam technology, which do not deform, fully absorb vibration, reduce noise, and have a beautiful appearance.
