1000mm cantilever single-twist cable forming machine is mainly used for twisted pair cable formation of high-end shielded data cables such as FTP5E FTP6 FTP6A, and is also used for cable formation of various control cables and special cores such as plastic insulation.

4. Description of equipment technical configuration
4.1. Active pay-off machine

4.1.1. Pay-off reel: φ630×475×56mm is compatible with φ500×300×56mm.

4.1.2. Diameter of pay-off guide wheel: φ150 mm.

4.1.3. Active pay-off drive motor: 2×0.75 Kw Siemens three-phase AC motor.

4.1.4. Linkage control: Displacement sensor sensing and feedback linkage.

4.1.5. Plate fixing method: Pneumatic thimble lock, easy to load and unload plates, durable and easy to maintain.

4.1.6. Pay-off drive control mode: PID active pay-off.

4.3.10. Structural composition and working principle:

The active longitudinal wrapping device consists of a frame, four sets of active tape unwinding devices, a tape unwinding tension control system, and a tape guiding system. Each group of tape unwinding devices is individually controlled electrically, and the tape unwinding reel is driven by a three-phase AC motor. The tape unwinding speed is automatically formed according to the production line speed, and it is equipped with a tape break stop function.

4.8.1. Drive system: use a decentralized control system and use a bus to connect all drives.

The main engine control adopts Siemens PLC to realize the online monitoring of driving status, working and running parameters, and online correction of setting parameters.
