1.Scope of application:

PVC Wire Extrusion Machine is suitable for the production of PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene (PO, FEP, PFA and ETFE) and other high temperature and corrosion resistant wire insulation and sheaths. It is especially suitable for the coating of cables for special industries such as aerospace and nuclear submarine.

2.1. Applicable conductor core diameter: round wire Φ0.5-13mm, flat wire 3mm*12mm

2.2. Extrusion amount: 25 KG/H (open head, PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene)

2.3. The maximum speed of extrusion: 100M/Min (depending on the finished outer diameter)

2.4, the height of the machine center: 1000mm
