1. Check whether the electrical wiring is accurate and without looseness.

2. Use a megger to measure the heater, and the insulation resistance of the heater shall not be greater than 0.5 ΜΩ (not turned on for a long time).

3. Check whether the detection components such as thermocouples and melt sensors are installed well.

4. Add lubricating oil in the box to the middle position indicated by the cursor, and start the oil pump for trial lubrication, and then add oil to the middle position of the cursor.

5. Check that all upper and lower water pipes, oil pipes, and vacuum pipelines should be unblocked and leak-free, and all control valves should be adjusted flexibly.

6. Confirm whether the combination configuration of the main machine screw and barrel is suitable for the material to be carried out, if it is obviously not suitable, re-combination and adjustment.

7. Check the rotation direction of the main motor and the feeding motor, facing the discharge head of the main extruder, the main machine rotates in a clockwise direction.

8. Clean the storage bin and hopper. After confirming that there is no foreign matter, fill the storage bin with materials. Various metering and feeding devices shall be calibrated on-site according to industrial requirements, and the feeding curve of each feeding device shall be given and the commissioning plan shall be negotiated.

9. For operations that require oil vacuum exhaust, clean tap water should be added to the specified water level in the condensing tank. Close the valves of the vacuum pipeline and condensate tank, and check whether the sealing ring of the exhaust chamber is in good condition.

10. The main engine cooling of the extruder is soft water cooling.

11. For materials with large internal heating or shearing heat sensitivity, the soft water circulation cooling system of this unit should be used in the operation. Fill the boiler soft water to the specified level before use. When the system is used for the first time, the soft water should be used
