Gravimetric Doser - SGD
Gravimetric doser adopts servo drive and PLC control. It can meet the customer's requirements for the precise proportion of plastic components added during product injection molding or extrusion. It is suitable for automatic proportion mixing of new materials, recyclable materials, masterbatches or additives. There are also double-color masterbatches that can be used in combination according to customer needs. Since the amount of masterbatch added is relatively small and its consumption is also small, it can be matched with the positive pressure air filler VL to achieve automatic replenishment of masterbatch.
