Option 01
Take up mode: The two take up shaft are equipped with a disk of automatic catcher. When the signal of changing reel is given, the traverse will move from the position of traversing to the position of another reel, and the two take up shaft will switch automatically under the condition that the production line is not stopped.

Traversing mode: driven by servo motor + screw precision positioning, controlled by PLC, the width and distance can be called and set from the touch screen.

Jacking way: pneumatic clamping and relaxing reel.

Loading and unloading mode: manual control of electro-hydraulic lifting device, easy replacement, loading and unloading of full and empty reels.
Option 05
Control system: 7 inch touch screen +S7-1200PLC control, can be connected to the main control through PROFINET communication mode, control meter counting, traversing, take up wire, reel change and other all actions; The touch screen operation interface is placed on the front of the take up, easy to operate, can be preset reel length, traversing space, reel selection, product defect alarm, etc., related parameters can be called, stored and modified.
