C1246 Computerized Automatic Coiling Machine
1.1. Model: Shaftless power feed (single shaft feed);
1.2. Applicable spool size: outer diameter Φ630~Φ800mm, outer width 600mm-470mm; detailed dimensions are provided by the customer;
1.3. Rail structure: it adopts H-type steel+ the square steel bar of the medium carbon steel to make the thermal refining and then make the rigidity chrome electroplating;
1.4. Rail length: about 2.5M;
1.5. Line quantity: about 25M;
1.6. Line wheel: Φ400, 7/8 ditch of V type, aluminum alloy materials and hardening treatment of the anode of the wheel surface;
2.1. Specification:
1). Power: AC 380V, three-phase, 50HZ
2). Operating direction: right-hand machine (incoming line from the left-hand direction) or to be designated by the customer.
3). Applicable cable types: Φ1-Φ8mm((BV1.5~6mm², BVR1.5~16mm²), electronic cords, computer cords, electric cords, BV/AV power lines, and building lines.
4). Design speed of the work head: 780 RPM/MAX.
5). Wire coil dimension: Outside diameter Φ200-300mm, X height 50-80mm; the inside diameter of wire coil is determined by the work head specification, and its scope of specification is: ID Max. Φ120mm (fixed dimension), the patterns are to be selected by the customers. Special designs should be made for the dimensions beyond the scope of specification, and it is up to our company to decide their feasibilities
6). Wire-feeding mode of finished products: cord-embracing mode
7). Size measurement set: unit of size measurement is 0.01M,predicate the flow from automatic deceleration to automatic work head action.
8). Winding displacement unit: servo motor is applied in the winding displacement, synchronizing with the main machine of work head.
9). Electrical circuit control is applied in the whole machine. PLC from Delta is applied.
10). Graphic Operator Interface is applied in the operating panel.
11). Instrumentation and switches on the operating panel: Adjustments of touch screen, speed control button, emergency switch, and speed can be realized on the touch screen and the speed-adjusting button.
12). The contact points of Power Frequency Electric discharge Machine (EDM) are reserved in the PLC of this machine (Power Frequency EDM is to be self-supplied by the customers). It is applied in the spark detection of BV cord. It can realize the automatic breakdown point or continue to possess the function of loop formation after the artificial marking.
13). The contact points of diameter gauge are reserved in the PLC of this machine (diameter gauge equipment is to be self-supplied by the customers). In case the diameter fails to reach the standard, it is possible to automatically remove the scrap wire or continue to possess the function of loop formation after the artificial marking.

2.3. Detail Specification:
A. Length Counter:
1). pulleys are used for length counting.
2). Upper one press wire tightly when wire passes through the counter.
3). An encounter is connected to the lower counting pulley for counting length.
4). Both 2 pulleys are made of aluminum alloy, and coated with ceramic.
5). Both pulleys are equipped with a one way clutch to prevent the wire to be drawn back.
6). Precision of measurement: ±3/1000.
B. Coiling Head:
1). Horizontal coiling wire from an extrusion line or from a pay off wire feeding line.
2). Automatically putting down & raising up by a pneumatic pusher. When the pre-set length has been reached, the machine will stop coiling, and the coiling head will contract vertically and raise up without hurting coil.
3). The size of coiling head is fixed and made as buyer’s request.
4). If you want to change the I.D of your coil, You will need to change another size of coiling head.
C. Traverse:
1). A computerized system is used in the traversing system.
2). Ball screw traverse is driven by a Delta 400W servo motor + Delta Servo driver. A precise encoder sends the coiling signal from coiling motor to servo motor to obtain a perfect synchronization in traversing pitch with that of coiling head.
D. Cutter:
1). Gate type cutter will cut out wire automatically when the pre-set length is reached after the coiling head has complete stop.
2). A pneumatic cylinder drives double cutting knife.
3). Cutter material: High quality SKD11 steel with heat treatment.
E. 4 arms carrier: ( Optional )
1). After finishing coiling a coil, the 4 arm carriers will hold the coil tightly and transmit the coil to working plate.
2). After the coil has been moved out, the wire feeding rod will send wire to coiling section for continuous coiling immediately.
F. Control Panel:
1). A man-machine interface (M.M.I) is used for operation.
2). By touching the screen, you can easy to control and use this machine.
3). Input the items of wire diameter, Height, start point, total length …etc on the screen, then press save to create a new coiling type.
4). Capacity of coiling types: 100 types.
5). The PLC control system controls current speed, current length, alarm,line speed adjusting, length counter, coil totalizer, running indicating light, pause button and emergency stop.
G. Motors:
1). Coiling system: 7.5 HP×4PAC Motor + Inverter.
2). Traversing system: Delta 400W servo motor + servo driver.
2.4. Feature:
It is possible to feed wire through the application of paying out machine or the direct connection to the extruder; the wire coil output is about 4 times than that of the manual winding (take the 200M-long wire coil as an example); After the coiling, it is possible to connect with the automatic glue film winding machine, and automatically pack the wire coil and processing labels; The output of automatic glue film winding is about 7 times higher if the automatic winding is applied; The servo motor winding displacement is applied in this machine, the wire coil is neater and more artistic if compared with the manual winding; the touch screen man-machine interface operating panel is applied to enable the operation to be more cordial and easy to operate; 99 kinds of different wire coil specification can be stored in the microcomputer. If the product specifications need to be changed, the only thing you need to do is to read the stored specification data, and there is no need to input again. Thus, the production can be started right away; This machine can automatically detect errors, and send out alarms to warn operator if something is wrong with the machine.
