Laying up machine

This machine is specially designed for plastic insulated power cables or paper-insulated power cables. The twisted cable can be a round or fan cable.

The machine reel frame can be pre-twisted. The reel inversion is driven by the worm gear mechanism mounted on the reeling machine. The flip angle of each reel frame can be adjusted separately according to the process requirements. The reel rack has a U-shaped cross-section construction. When it is not retracted, the reel has the best bending strength in the vertical position. The clamping and release of the reel thimble is driven by a manual wrench.
