High speed taping machine for wire and cable

Taping machine is mainly used for taping a tape on the surface of copper wire or cable package. The tape material can be tissue paper, transpanent zone, fire proof belt, aluminum foil, drawstring and so on.

We can produce vertical taping machine and horizontal taping machine. For the vertical type, we can produce single layer, double layer and three layer. It mainly consists of pay off device, taping machine and take up device.

Why are the wire and cable wrapped around the tape? There are mainly four reasons:

1. The wire is made into a cylindrical shape

2. Prevent loose wires

3. Shield to keep the signal undisturbed

4. Insulate between conductor and shielded wire
