Portal type pay off machine and portal type take up machine

The gantry type pay off and take up machine are used for all kinds of cable in the production of crosslinking, cabling, stranding, armouring, extrusion and rewinding processing with pay off or take up.

Gantry type pay off machine feature:

The machine is gantry rail moving type, with upper-mounted casing-pipe. The gantry frame is made by bending and welding. The two tail-centers of wire reel are moved up/down by feed screw nut driven by two motors via cycloid speed reducer. Each tail-block can move by itself, or the center-blocks can move simultaneously. Double protective device is also equipped. If need, it can be equiped with different center sleeve to satisfy different bobbins’ installation. The clamping of wire reel is realized by the motor above the casing-pipe and speed-reduction by chain wheel. It is also equipped with clamping overload-skid protection. Pay-off motor AC motor of pay-off machine is frequency-change motor, gear box drives the main axis to rotate. Pay off controlling tension has speed way.

It is also equipped with clamping overload-skid protection.Traversing is driven by servo motor and servo controller. Traversing pitch can be set on touch screen, can set size and tension anytime. Traversing speed can trace take-up speed automatically. Whole machine can set the speed, tension and traversing pitch. It has buttons of for-jog and rev-jog for take-up, Take-up tension control has speed way.
