4.2.1. The fiber optic bobbin is attached to the drive shaft by a quick lock system and driven by a Panasonic servo. The fiber tension is controlled by a precisely adjustable swing rod. The pay-off device and the take-up device are equipped with the Taiwan TBI ball screw traverse system.

4.4.1. Pressure coating system, including stainless steel pressure cup, storage tank, stainless steel pressure cup holder and heater, gas control unit (nitrogen and air), coloring mold (outlet mold size is 0.255mm), pressure cleaning and recycling system.

4.5.1. All stainless steel structure, 1pc 7.5kw imported UV lamp, 1pc length of 700mm long quartz glass tube, the lamp adopts stepless start, vertical placement. Nitrogen flow rate, pressure can be adjusted manually, and synchronized with the working state of the coloring machine-automatically turn on and off when starting and stopping, and the upper end of the UV curing furnace does not leak light.
4.5.2. With automatic stepless power adjustment, the power supply uses German UV-Technik. The opening and closing of nitrogen is synchronized with the start and stop of the production line, and the flow rate is controlled by a hand-controlled flowmeter.
4.7.1. For multi-wheel tension structure, the guide wheel is specially precision machined and uses high-precision bearings.

4.8.2. The ball screw is Taiwan TBI, the pitch is 5mm, the take-up motor is Panasonic 0.75KW, and the traverse is 0.4KW.

4.8.4. It is better to have two discs from the high and low motion correction.
4.8.5. Centering take up and traverse rack is equipped with a light dancer wheel for controlling the coil speed and the take-up tension during the take-up; the electric traverse device has the function of adjusting the width of the take-up bobbin; and adopting the automatic positioning and reversing of the photoelectric sensor, traverse quality is high.
4.11.1. It is adopted Panasonic AC servo motor to control speed and SIEMENS PLC S7-300, easy to operate, stable operation.
4.11.2. The motor controller uses all Panasonic AC servo motors and drivers. The whole machine adopts touch screen (E-VIEW) and PLC-300 (Siemens Germany) control technology to realize full-line synchronous operation and single-machine independent operation. The main production line operation, production process parameter setting, production process parameter record, are all finished on the touch screen through the touch screen and PLC communication interface.
