4.1. Equipment frame
The overall base cabinet is welded by cabinet steel, and the overall panel is rigid. Surface spray, blue and gray.
4.2. Optical fiber motorized pay-off

4.2.1. The fiber optic bobbin is attached to the drive shaft by a quick lock system and driven by a Panasonic servo. The fiber tension is controlled by a precisely adjustable swing rod. The pay-off device and the take-up device are equipped with the Taiwan TBI ball screw traverse system.

4.2.2. Pay off tension 30-80g (±0.05g)

4.2.3. The pay off tension is adjusted by the counterweight block

4.3. Pay off tension dancer For multi-wheel tension structure, the guide wheel is specially precision machined and uses high-precision bearings. The analog sensor detects the displacement of the dancer to keep the line speed synchronized.
4.4. Coating feed system

4.4.1. Pressure coating system, including stainless steel pressure cup, storage tank, stainless steel pressure cup holder and heater, gas control unit (nitrogen and air), coloring mold (outlet mold size is 0.255mm), pressure cleaning and recycling system.

4.4.2. Increase the proportional pressure regulator, proportional to the line speed

4.5. UV curing oven

4.5.1. All stainless steel structure, 1pc 7.5kw imported UV lamp, 1pc length of 700mm long quartz glass tube, the lamp adopts stepless start, vertical placement. Nitrogen flow rate, pressure can be adjusted manually, and synchronized with the working state of the coloring machine-automatically turn on and off when starting and stopping, and the upper end of the UV curing furnace does not leak light.

4.5.2. With automatic stepless power adjustment, the power supply uses German UV-Technik. The opening and closing of nitrogen is synchronized with the start and stop of the production line, and the flow rate is controlled by a hand-controlled flowmeter.

4.6.Traction device
4.6.1. It is a wheeled traction multi-wheel combination structure and has a meter function. The Panasonic AC servo motor directly drives the traction wheel. It has a main control function in the production line. Acceleration and deceleration can be set by setting the slope of the acceleration deceleration curve.
4.7. Take up tension dancer

4.7.1. For multi-wheel tension structure, the guide wheel is specially precision machined and uses high-precision bearings.

4.7.2. The pay off tension is adjust by counterweight block

4.8. Take up with traverse

4.8.1. The fiber optic bobbin is fixed to the drive shaft by a quick lock system and driven by a Panasonic AC servo motor. The fiber tension is controlled by a precisely adjustable swing rod. This device is equipped with a precision traverse system.

4.8.2. The ball screw is Taiwan TBI, the pitch is 5mm, the take-up motor is Panasonic 0.75KW, and the traverse is 0.4KW.

4.8.3. Take-up tension 30-80g (±0.05g)

4.8.4. It is better to have two discs from the high and low motion correction.

4.8.5. Centering take up and traverse rack is equipped with a light dancer wheel for controlling the coil speed and the take-up tension during the take-up; the electric traverse device has the function of adjusting the width of the take-up bobbin; and adopting the automatic positioning and reversing of the photoelectric sensor, traverse quality is high.

4.9. The exhaust cooling system is a cooling fan (power 1.5Kw) and a centralized inlet air device is installed in the equipment (the diameter of the wind pipe is 150MM), ensures that fresh air can be replenished directly from the outside to the curing furnace.
4.10. Static electricity removing system

4.11. Electrical control system

4.11.1. It is adopted Panasonic AC servo motor to control speed and SIEMENS PLC S7-300, easy to operate, stable operation.

4.11.2. The motor controller uses all Panasonic AC servo motors and drivers. The whole machine adopts touch screen (E-VIEW) and PLC-300 (Siemens Germany) control technology to realize full-line synchronous operation and single-machine independent operation. The main production line operation, production process parameter setting, production process parameter record, are all finished on the touch screen through the touch screen and PLC communication interface.

4.12. The operation screen is provided with deceleration length setting, pitch parameter setting and deceleration speed setting.
4.13. It has the function of automatic shutdown from production to set meter length.
4.14. There is an emergency stop button. The device has an audible alarm.
4.15. The whole machine adopts imported EZO and NSK bearings
4.16. Low-voltage electrical appliances all use Schneider products
