1. Application:

The machine is specifically applicable to the pair twist of insulation wire of Local Area Network (LAN) cable (that is, cat 5, cat 6 Lan cable).

3. Equipment configuration:
1.1.Φ500mm Double-reel Back-twisting Machine:

1.1.1. Pay-off reel: Φ500 (outer diameter) * Φ56 (inner hole) * 300 (outer width) rubber disc (size provided by customer).

1.1.2. Minimum turning radius: 50 mm.

1.1.3. Active pay-off drive motor: 2*0.55 Kw turbine worm reduction motor.

1.1.4. Retraction rate: Set and displayed on the touch screen of the take-up host through communication.

1.1.5. Plate fixing method: Manual ejector pin locking.

1.1.6. Reel lifting method: Pneumatic lifting is adopted (the left and right disks are lifted and lowered at the same time), and upper and lower limit proximity switches are provided to protect the wire reel from operating errors.

1.1.7. Reduced rate motor power: 5.5 Kw Siemens three-phase AC motor.

1.1.8. Pay-off drive control method: PID active pay-off.

1.2.Pay-off tension frame

1.2.1. Use springs to control tension, and adjust the tension by changing the position of the dance wheel.

1.2.2. The wire storage rack type tension sensing rack is linked with the pay-off motor to pay out the wire with constant tension.

1.2.3. Set up alarm and shutdown functions for excessive tension and wire breakage

1.4.1. Take-up reel: Φ500 (outer diameter) * Φ56 (inner hole) * 300 (outer width) rubber disc (size provided by customer).

1.4.2. Minimum turning radius: 60 mm.

1.4.3. Take-up drive motor: 0.55Kw turbine worm reduction motor.

1.4.4. Take-up tension: Change the angle of the torsion spring as needed to change the take-up tension.

1.4.5. The steady-state position deviation of the take-up tension sleeve: ±10% of the midpoint.

1.4.6. Loading weight method: Pneumatic ejector pin locking.

1.4.7. Lifting method of the reel: An electric lifting platform is used, and is equipped with upper and lower limit proximity switches to protect the reel from errors in operation.

1.4.8. Traverse method: Use polished rod arrangement mechanism to arrange cables.

1.4.9. Twisted-pair bow drive motor: 11Kw Siemens three-phase AC motor.

1.4.10. Design speed of double-twisted bow: maximum 2400 rpm.

1.4.11 Winding control method: PID constant tension winding is adopted.

1.5. Electrical control system

1.5.1. This machine is controlled by Inovance PLC to realize online monitoring of drive status, operating parameters, and online correction of set parameters.

1.5.2. Host display device: Weilon color touch screen is used to simultaneously display the control parameters, operating parameters, equipment operating signal status, fault status, system parameters and other content of all equipment, which facilitates equipment maintenance, fault diagnosis, and quick repair.
