4.1.Payoff stand

4.1.1.Type: cantilever type

4.1.2.Payoff stand consists of column, cantilever and steering roller.

4.1.3.On the top of the column, there is an emergency stop device for the whole assembly.

4.2.Main drawing machine

4.2.2.The machine consists of trough for cooling and circulation of drawing emulsion, gearbox, lubrication system, capstan, main motor.

4.2.3.Four clip-and-run switches for die stringing by clip-and-run operation.

4.2.4.Drawing rings and capstan rings is tungsten carbide coated.

4.2.5.Immersed type lubrication, easy to operate, good cooling and lubricating effect.

4.3.Annealing device

4.3.1.Type: Horizontal DC annealing, speed tracking automatically
