1. Application for the production line
The optical fiber secondary coating production line is mainly used for extruding 2 to 12 core fiber outer diameter Ф1.5 to Ф3.0 mm fiber loose tube bundle tube and cable filling rope extrusion. Extrusion materials should be suitable for PBT, PP, PC and PE. The extrusion shape is round, uniform and smooth.
This machine has the following features:
1. The design speed of the production line is 800M/Min, and the production speed is ≥500-600m/min (Ф1.80mm, wall thickness 0.30mm, PBT beam tube)
2. Machine excess length control range: 0 ~ 3 ‰.
3. In order to improve the stability and reliability of the product, the cold water circulation system of the machine adopts automatic constant temperature control and is equipped with a refrigeration device.
4. The fiber filling system has a constant temperature control device to make the filling amount accurate, stable and reliable.

4.1. Optic-fiber pay-off
4.1.1. The whole cabinet, cantilever shaft type loading bobbin, fast mandrel locking device fixed bobbin, aluminum wear-resistant guide wheel.

4.1.9. The fiber outlet is equipped with a static elimination device and a fiber
assembly device.4.2.1. A high-voltage static-eliminating device is provided at a position before the fiber enters the oil-filled mold, and is equipped with a fiber clamping device.
The vacuum pumping method is used to supply oil to the vacuum sealed jelly storage tank by the primary oil supply pump. When the jelly in the storage tank is lower than the lower limit position, the primary pump is opened. The primary pump is closed when the jelly is up to the upper limit. The vacuuming device extracts the air bubbles, and the storage tank is circulated out of the oil pump to output the jelly needle. Multi-set of equipment can use it at the same time to realize the centralized supply of the jelly, and the excess jelly is returned to the storage tank through the pressure switch.
4.3.1. The jelly machine adopts a vacuum degassing jellt machine, and the vacuum pressure can be adjusted;
4.3.2. The storage tank is made of stainless steel. The jelly stored in the plastic storage tank can make the motor of the first-stage rubber pump not work continuously, so as to ensure the service life of the whole system and the safety of the loose tube production, and the liquid level control of the rubber storage tank is called heavy sensor control mode.

With plastic dryer, you can set the baking temperature. With low level alarm function. The dryer has a transparent mirror to display the material level, and the low position detector detects and has an alarm light. It can automatically vacuum suction, reduce the labor intensity of workers, and set the automatic feeding interval according to the actual situation.
The controller installed on the main cabinet can be controlled separately or online, and controlled by the host to synchronize with the production speed.
4.7.1. The crosshead is an imitation imported square crosshead, which is customized by domestic professional manufacturers and equipped with built-in heaters. The extrusion core is a self-centering extruded tube type, and the mold sleeve can finely adjust the eccentricity. The movable joint is connected between the crosshead and the barrel.
4.7.2. The crosshead oil filling needle system consists of a needle tube mounting positioning bracket, an oil needle and a fiber needle. The needle tube positioning bracket ensures that the needle tube and the crosshead are concentric, and has a bidirectional adjustment centering function. The fiber needle is fixed on the linear guide of the bracket, which is smooth and reliable. It is not easy to break and deform.

The blower is installed at the outlet of the cold water tank and uses compressed air to quickly remove moisture from the surface of the tube.
