3. Structure description

3.1. Steel wire pay-off rack

3.1.1. Specification of wire pay-off reel: Φ500 (customer provides reel drawing)

3.1.2. Maximum wire diameter: Φ3.0mm

3.1.3. Number of armored steel wires: 24

3.1.4. The pay-off frame includes 24 reels of steel wire pay-off and reel assembly, lead frame, etc.

3.1.5. The steel wire pay-off rack is divided into an integral single-layer structure on the left and right sides, and 12 steel wire pay-off reels are placed on each side, a total of 24 steel wire pay-off reels.

3.1.6. The cantilever structure of the spool shaft has a shaft-type clamping spool. The wire pay-off spool is directly inserted into the spool shaft by a manual trolley provided by the user. Above the wire pay-off frame on each side is a lead frame, which can guide the wire to the end surface of the bracket.

3.1.7. Mechanical friction control of wire pay-off tension. The tension is adjusted manually.
